Home Visits

Home visits can be arranged during normal office hours - for regular Patients in certain circumstances such as Palliative Care or patients who are experiencing extreme mobility problems.

Phone Advice

Whenever reasonable the Nurse or the Doctor (on request) will give advice over the phone, including test results.

Our Doctors will be notified of all telephone requests – and we will do our utmost to return these calls within 24 hours. If the Doctors are extremely busy some of these calls may be transferred to the Nurses who be able to answer some of these queries.

TEST RESULTS - HOTLINE

Call: 9192 6690 12:30pm to 1:30pm weekdays.

We provide a Courtesy Service where Test Results may be obtained from our Nurses by phoning 9192 6690 between 12.30 - 1.30 Mon – Fri

Billing guidlines

Please note that there may be additional charges for recommended tests requested by your Doctor at the time of Consultation – ie: Vaccinations – not always covered by Medicare.

Payment is to be made immediately after your Consultation.

We accept Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS or Credit Card.

ONLINE CLAIMING AVAILABLE

Broome Medical Clinic has TYRO EASYCLAIM which deposits your Medicare Rebate instantly into your nominated cheque or savings Account at the time of payment on the same day as the Consultation.

PENSION / DVA CARD HOLDERS:

All DVA Card Holders will be Bulk Billed

ONLY Pension Card Holders displaying a local Address (6725, 6726) on their card will be Bulk Billed.

Health Care Card Holders with a local Address (6726, 6726) will be given discounted Fees.
